The Job:
- Responsible for sourcing, product development, price negotiation and order fulfilment of selected product range for HOUSEHOLD, Bathroom & Home Care, Office departments.
- Support in assortment management and product range development
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure product quality, costing, production and delivery issues
- Actively communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Analyze market and import share data to keep track with business trends
- Prepare and lead buying and sourcing trips
- Supervise, train and engage the team to carry out daily operations
Requirements:
- Degree holder in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Experience in sizeable multi-national buying office and manufacturing company will be a definite advantage
- Preferably merchandising and sourcing experience of HOUSEHOLD, Bathroom & Home Care, Office departments, specialized in Europe markets as manager role.
- Good leadership & problem solving skills
- Innovative, proactive and result-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
- Willing to travel
