QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will work for the global brokerage business line of Global Kapital Group / Maslak HQ.

Qualifications

· University degree preferably in business administration, economics or engineering (Industrial engineering or related educations and MBA degree will be asset)

· At least 3 years of professional work experience in process improvement, intelligent operations plans, operational efficiencies, quality improvement, client value and reengineering experience or similar functions preferably in forex, banks, financial institutions or group of companies.

· Ability to assess strategic, business and process risks,

· Highly detail oriented, analytical and hardworking personality,

· Strong reporting, analysis and presentation skills,

· PMP and Six Sigma professional certifications will be plus,

· Good command of MS Office applications especially Excel and Visio,

· Advanced level of verbal and written English.

Responsibilities:

· Directly report to Operational Excellence Manager,

· Execute day to day tasks such as monitor and manage Capacity/Quality/Control Plans and related MIS,

. Participate in various automation and product development projects,

. Manage insights framework and provide valuable intelligence to stakeholders on how to improve processes, cycle times, accuracy and customer experience,

. Identify automation and analytics projects and work with support teams to execute them,

· Identify process improvement opportunities in line with intelligent operations framework and drive projects to accomplish them.
