QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Senior Project Engineer" for our company operating in the field of defense industry.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Material Engineering is preferable) Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree will be plus,
- Project management certification (PMP) will be an asset,
- Experience in Project Management tools (Ms Office, Ms Project, etc) and techniques,
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing, Design, Quality – especially defense industries,
- Familiarity with defense industry contracts,
- High level of proficiency in English,
- Team leader in a dynamic, proactive environment,
- Take responsibility and ownership,
- Strong interpersonal skills,
- Experience with customer facing roles,
- Willingness and ability to travel,
- Resident in İstanbul /European side.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as a single point of contact to the customer,
- Act as the interface with various internal stakeholders such as manufacturing, engineering, R&D, finance, sourcing and planning,
- Promote communication and cooperation in the team,
- Plan, track and report Project progress with regard to Schedule, cost, quality and resources, drive emergent work for manufacturing projects,
- Manage new project proposal preparation.
