QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and in Quality Control Lab
- Operational experience in Quality Control
- Advanced HPLC, GC experience mandatory
- Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory (GMP) requirements
- Working knowledge of relevant IT systems
- Fluency in English is necessary
- Prior supervision experience preferred
- Male candidates must have fulfilled their military obligation
İŞ TANIMI
Senior Quality Control Specialist is responsible for the supervision of laboratory functions
- To provide the application of the requirements actively and exactly defined in the Health Ministry Regulations, related Appendix Guide, Sandoz Quality Manual and Implementation Guidelines
- To ensure that the product analyses are performed accurately and without causing any delay in the production plans
- To prepare and update the test methods, specifications, analysis worksheets, control procedures and SOPs related to his/her own lab and to ensure all the actions by the analysts are executed according to these requirements
- To provide technical expertise in his/her area of responsibility and control the data/s, analysis worksheets and find results
- To participate in planning and process improvement activities at the departmental and inter-functional level
- To check the analyses during execution; to do necessary corrective actions in case of a problem
- To prepare daily work schedules of Analysts and to monitor them accordingly
- To conduct and supervise laboratory investigations, and participate as QC representative during investigations into exceptions and non-conformance for equipment and materials.
