What you will do
Senior Sales Engineer- Data Center will be directly reporting to Sales Manager-Turkey, MEA Controls. You will be based in İstanbul, will be part of a growing team and be responsible for driving the growth of business in the region in the Digital Solutions portfolio.
You will be concentrated on managing key accounts, selling solutions, growing our market share with new business customers which include End Users, consultants, and mechanical contractors. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.
How you will do it
As a Senior Sales Engineer you will manage key accounts, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive, high quality proposals, and also take part in Tendering and Bidding process. You’ll demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your deep market knowledge of our competitor’s strategies, products and services. You will also support internal service and construction business units to sell the products as a pull through.
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.
