Requirements

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Bachelor’s degree from universities related area
  • Five or more years of experience within IT and Project Management
  • Ability to coordinate or run multiple projects and work independently
  • Meticulous on details
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use JIRA tools for tracking the projects and reporting as well
  • PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master Certification is a big plus
  • No military obligation for male candidates


Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, monitor and report multiple projects simultaneously
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the team
  • Manage the relationship with stakeholders, customers and providers within the integration process
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet
  • changing needs and requirements
  • Create and report project documentation; involve and update related parties on the progress
  • Define a structure of business metrics and measure, follow up and report on process performance
  • Track project and team’s performance and give relevant feedback
  • Identify and ensure to be resolved any risk that may potentially affect project
  • Look for ways to improve efficiency and quality
