Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree from universities related area
- Five or more years of experience within IT and Project Management
- Ability to coordinate or run multiple projects and work independently
- Meticulous on details
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to use JIRA tools for tracking the projects and reporting as well
- PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master Certification is a big plus
- No military obligation for male candidates
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, monitor and report multiple projects simultaneously
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the team
- Manage the relationship with stakeholders, customers and providers within the integration process
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet
- changing needs and requirements
- Create and report project documentation; involve and update related parties on the progress
- Define a structure of business metrics and measure, follow up and report on process performance
- Track project and team’s performance and give relevant feedback
- Identify and ensure to be resolved any risk that may potentially affect project
- Look for ways to improve efficiency and quality
