Ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams. Support strategic decisions to stakeholders.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as business, analysis, design and test teams at different locations.
Also working closely with the Development Team to support the continuous review and improvement of software development processes to maximize the quality of products.
Driving the project phase from requirement gathering to UAT as a Solution Leader.
Being responsible for Integration Tests, Defects, Capacity and Vendor Management.
Guiding the team through business process analysis, to support implementation of improved, efficient solutions.
Assisting in designing solutions to business requirements.
Providing innovative ideas and solutions in a dynamic environment.
Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve bugs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer/Electrical-Electronics/Mathematics Engineering or similar level of education.
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
Must have experience in working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
Ability to improve personel capabilities and skills under changing technology environments.
Familiar with SDLC and Agile project methodologies.
Effective presentation, reporting and documentation skills.
Must have strong analytical thinking ability and communication skills.
Strong leadership and planning skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
High energy, strong work ethics, quick learner, critical thinker, problem solver and team player.
Working knowledge of SQL, XML/REST/SOAP, BPM/UML/ Workflow (flowcharts) and Workflow Management Tools such as JIRA, or equivalent is a plus.
Digital experience, in Ecommerce or Omni-Channel is a plus.
