Position is located in Sutluce
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Global Spare Parts Operations who will join our team at Global Customer Care Directorate;
- Managing infrastructure projects on improvement of warehousing process,
- Managing spare parts export operations,
- Conducting logistics improvement activities on spare parts operations of subsidiaries,
- Guiding and supporting on implementation of spare parts operations in new subsidiaries,
- Developing spare parts distribution hubs, regional distributors and related process for global spare parts logistics,
- Benchmarking of applications on spare parts in competition and in related industries and implementation of good practises,
- Determining projects regarding infrastructure of ordering process of spare parts and implementations on web infrastructure,
- Executive reporting in all the planning based activities,
- Creating guidelines regarding global spare parts process,
- Evaluation of customer complaints regarding spare parts process and providing solutions together with related parties,
- Controlling, planning and forecasting activities for spare parts
