QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  Bachelor's Degree preferably in engineering, statistics, mathematics or economics faculties,
  
• 
  Preferably 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategical planning processes, reporting or similar role,
  
• 
  Fluent in data analysis, including defining KPI strategy and growth opportunities, time series analysis, data visualization,
  
• 
  Experience in sales analytics and customer analytics are highly preferred,
  
• 
  Hands-on experience in BI tools (such as Qlik, Power BI),
  
• 
  Having experience on sales improvement and / or profitability improvement projects,
  
• 
  Ability to turn data into actionable insights using various big data analytic frameworks,
  
• 
  Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
  
• 
  Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
  
• 
  Outside the box thinking ability,

  Analyzing the sales and profitability results,

  Taking part in sales and profitability enhancing projects,

  Pre-post analysis of transformation projects related with sales,
  
• 
  Working with business units to understand data requirements and translate them into predictive models and analytical solutions,
  
• 
  Using a broad range of statistical and machine learning techniques, search new methods and use various open source coding languages and statistical software,
  
• 
  Finding patterns, anomalies, trends in large and complex data sets related to various fields of retail in order to provide sales excellence,
  
• 
  Interpreting data, analyze results using statistical techniques and develop interactive dashboards, reports,
  
• 
  Develop solutions that put advanced analytics at the center for real problems in coordination with senior managment,
  
• 
  Taking part in pursuing goals and taking the necessary actions,
  
• 
  Contributing to the reports and presentations that are prepared for senior management.
