QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industry Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electric-Electronic Engineering or other related fields,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis functions with different domains (Sales, AfterSales, Marketing, e-commerce, CRM, Master Data Management, Purchasing, Finance, etc..)
- Willing to pursue a career in Information Technologies and Business Architecture
- Passionate about technology
- Basic knowledge in Software development in general (Java, .net, Python, and others)
- Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
- Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate, or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business
- The ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies
- The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
- The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues
- Experience in working with Agile methodology and Sprint cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English

How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – Business Architect who will join our team at Information Technologies Directorate.
- Working closely with Universities, startups to explore opportunities to improve business processes by onboarding new technologies.
- Creating templates and processes for the organization to use in their business architectural analysis.
- Cooperating with internal and international teams to maintain and improve IT lifecycle management and IT governance.
- Ensuring solutions are designed to cover business needs.
- Acting as a bridge between business and technology, develop capability maps and other artifacts
- Helping in the operationalization of strategy, and assists in the technology enablement of core capabilities and value streams.
- Defining the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data.
- Capturing the relationships among roles, capabilities, and business units, the decomposition of those business units into subunits, and the internal or external management of those units.
