QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


How do we describe the perfect fit? 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industry Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electric-Electronic Engineering or other related fields,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis functions with different domains (Sales, AfterSales, Marketing, e-commerce, CRM, Master Data Management, Purchasing, Finance, etc..)
  • Willing to pursue a career in Information Technologies and Business Architecture
  • Passionate about technology
  • Basic knowledge in Software development in general (Java, .net, Python, and others)
  • Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
  • Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate, or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business
  • The ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies
  • The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
  • The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues
  • Experience in working with Agile methodology and Sprint cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English

How will you foster the challenge?

 We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – Business Architect who will join our team at Information Technologies Directorate. 
  • Working closely with Universities, startups to explore opportunities to improve business processes by onboarding new technologies.
  • Creating templates and processes for the organization to use in their business architectural analysis.
  • Cooperating with internal and international teams to maintain and improve IT lifecycle management and IT governance.
  • Ensuring solutions are designed to cover business needs.
  • Acting as a bridge between business and technology, develop capability maps and other artifacts
  • Helping in the operationalization of strategy, and assists in the technology enablement of core capabilities and value streams.
  • Defining the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data.
  • Capturing the relationships among roles, capabilities, and business units, the decomposition of those business units into subunits, and the internal or external management of those units.
