Bachelor's degree from universities such as Computer, Electronics, Mathematics, Industry etc,
Have used one of the ITSM products (preferably Microfocus SMAX or HP Service Manager) and have at least 4 years of experience,
Knowledgeable and experienced in Incident, Event, Problem Management processes,
Knowledgeable and experienced in Change and Configuration Management processes,
Ability to manage ITIL processes according to Best Practices, make due diligence and report,
Has ITIL Foundation certification,
Knowledge of Project Management standards and methodologies, Preferably has PMP certification,
Has strong communication ability,
Has advanced use of MS Office tools.
Job Description
Provides management, deployment and dissemination of the processes of the ITSM tool used within Netaş-BDH.
In IT Processes; Playing a leading role in spreading awareness of Standard / Procedure / Policy / Architectural Principles throughout the company.
It provides the evaluation, development, testing, deployment, end-user training and solution analysis of the requests coming to the ITSM product.
Providing management and coordination to meet business demands and needs by working in coordination with the consultant, operation teams and business units.
