QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with consistent outstanding academic record in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Engineering or related departments,
- Min. 3 years of experience in MIS, finance, sales or similar function,
- Working experience in cross-functional teams is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,

The position is located in Sütlüce.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Associate-System and Process Development (International Sales) who will work for IT Global Business Partners and Business Relationship Management Team.
- Collaborating, reviewing and making recommendations for Sales Operations,
- Understanding all regional or local sales processes and working to improve their effectiveness and efficiency,
- Collaborating with subsidiaries and other process owners to develop processes,
- Assisting to set standards and identify best practices,
- Ensuring the sharing of best practices & lessons learned (internal / external), making benchmarks,
- Conducting business analysis as needed to support overall process changes, collaborating with relevant stakeholders closely,
- Developing new ideas and proposing innovative solutions as continuous improvement,
- Making recommendations for tool improvement projects,
- Coordinating between operations and IT implementation/development teams to make sure the agreed processes are properly implemented and supported in the different IT tools and systems,
- Closely following-up of all new development requests, incidents and change requests, making prioritization as responsible for demand management.
