QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering departments (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering),
- Min. 4 years of experience in related fields,
- Having experience in project management,
- Having knowledge in Six Sigma and statistical techniques,
- Having knowledge in FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) techniques,
- Having knowledge in Reliability techniques,
- Having knowledge in Advanced Data Analytics techniques (e.g. KNIME),
- Having knowledge in Total Quality Management and Quality Management System Standards (ISO 9001),
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communicationis always our priority.
The position is located in Çayırova.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Quality Systems who will join our team at Quality, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Directorate.
- Managing and leading establishment, certification, development, audit and reporting of Reliability, FMEA, Six Sigma, Advanced Data Analytics in line with the needs of the organization,
- Reviewing Reliability, FMEA, 6 Sigma, Advanced Data Analytics projects for domestic/overseas plants and outsourced products and tracking them with local teams,
- Planning/realization and follow-up of awareness and orientation training for Reliability, FMEA, Six Sigma, Advanced Data Analytics,
- Monitoring and reporting of Reliability, FMEA, Six Sigma, Advanced Data Analytics indicators (Objective Key Results) on dashboards and realization,
- Taking part as a member in business process improvement projects,
- Taking part as a leader in Focus on Quality projects (Quality Ambassador Role)
- Reviewing of activity lists with related stakeholders periodically,
- Participating and supporting to New Product Implementation process actively.
