How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate “Senior Specialist – Trademark” who will join our team at Intellectual Property Department in Legal & Compliance Directorate.
- Management of all trademarks, designs, domain names, trademark and design disputes of Arçelik Global and developing trademark and design strategy of the company,
- Cooperation with internal partners (Marketing, Product Sourcing, Product Management, Design, R&D, Production Plants, Subsidiaries of Arçelik Global and Legal Departments) in terms of IP issues,
- Conducting trademark and design searches,
- Legal validation of new trademarks and designs into the Company’s IP portfolio,
- Coordination of domestic and international shareholders,
- Watching/evaluating the newly filed 3rd party trademark and IP publications globally and taking all necessary steps,
- Forecasting and management of trademark and design budget.
