QUALIFICATIONS
University/College Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis
System analysis experience in health, life, private pension, personal accident insurance software
Having knowledge about all insurance legislation
Ability collaborate with technical and business team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
Ability to work in an intense work environment
Strong ability of communication and result oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION
Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
Identify processes for improvement, documents existing processes, identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state, designs new processes, and plans the transition to a new process.
Analyzing the optimization requests from the departments within the scope of the projects and providing the most effective solutions for them
Preparing, reporting process analysis documents and providing coordination between related departments and software teams
Preparing test scenarios and implementing test process before launching the applications. Following the end user tests with related business department. Sharing test results with software teams to develop. and periodic reporting of projects.

Managing the process of test, live , risks and change of projects and doing related reporting and informing.
