QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment, to give application support.
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
Experience as Field Service & Application Engineer
Committed, reliable and able to take responsibilities and be hands-on
OTHER REQUİREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree in Physics or Physics Engineering (Must)
Fluent in spoken and written English
Completing military service for male candidates
The training will take place mostly in Ankara, and in Germany
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Customer Service & Application Support, remote and onsite
Coordinate, manage and carry out new installations, repair service or maintenance jobs
Troubleshooting, diagnosing system faults or technical problems, and resolve these
Service Contract Sales
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Conducts equipment troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging in support of installation or operating activities.
Provide training for customers and users on system operation and maintenance
Complete and submit field service reports
Cooperate with sales & application team and share information across the organization
Maintain good relationship with customers via well-planned activities, reports, meetings and positive interactions

Other after market sales, eg. spare parts, upgrade parts.
