QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
IHI DALGAKIRAN MACHINERY was established with the partnership of IHI Holding from Japan and DALGAKIRAN Group from Turkey. IHI DALGAKIRAN is the first and only Turbo Compressor manufacturer of our country.
To be assigned as a Service Engineer at our company’s Kocaeli / Dilovası location;
- University degree in Engineering Departments ( Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering etc.),
- Fluent in English both written and spoken,
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
- Having an analytical approach and proactive problem-solving skills,
- Strong leadership (blue collar management),
- No restriction for domestic and internal travelling,
- Keeping up with busy schedule,
- Having an interest in machines,
- Having B driver licence,
- Residing in Istanbul-Anatolian side or Kocaeli (İzmit, Derince, Körfez, Dilovası, Gebze, Çayırova) or relocate.
İŞ TANIMI
- Work independently for service work inside and outside of the company, such as project startup, installation, regular maintenance and if needed customer’s training,
- Installation and servicing of equipment both electrically and mechanically,
- Cooperate and assist service contract preparation process,
- Maintaining customer and internal service records accurately and in a timely manner,
- Provide technical feedback to the project management according to customer’s feedback,
- Effectively communicate with the customers to ensure resolution,
- Maintaining tools and testing equipments properly.
