QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Providing technical support, repair, testing, commissioning, optimization services to our well-qualified partners, end-user and OEM customers which are using in our mobile application products and systems within after-sales services organization.
- Supporting our warranty processes especially for our mobile application products
- Conducting detailed market analysis and directing after-sales activities according to the results of these analysis.
Qualifications
- BSc/Ms.Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and SAP
- Very good command of English and/or German
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Results oriented, change orientation, customer focus
- Hydraulic knowledge/experience is an asset
- Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills
- Military service should be completed for male candidates
