QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for candidate to work as SERVICE MANAGER at Regnum Carya Hotel
- Strong knowledge and understanding of hotel F&B operating procedures and business practice
- Fluent at least 2 of Turkish, Russian, English, German languages (Third language is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position at a 5 star hotel
- Energetic with a positive attitude.
- Able to converse and resolve guest complaints/issues in a calm and professional manner
- Can identify priorities and effectively execute tasks/projects accordingly and in a timely manner.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Great focus on guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, counseling, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage, train and motivate a variety of people
- Visibly proactive with excellent organizational skills, capable of providing focused leadership.
