We seek for "Service Sales Specialist " who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy in Ankara / Adana with the below qualifications;
Your responsibilities
- Proactive Hitachi Energy service sales of power products & systems like a transformer, HV component, power grid system, and automation systems.
- Plans daily activity, including the regular customer visits, develop and maintain customer relations and manage local accounts, keep given the number of customer visit targets • Develops, implements, and follows up on strategic sales plans.
- Establishes effective business relations with sales executives, management and technical team members.
- Prepares periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market plans, monitors and evaluates market activities and trends.
- Meets personal sales targets as established, • Close follow-up of offers at customers.
- Coordinate with LSM Service Manager and Local Busines Unit Service Sales Managers to decide on pricing strategies, negotiate and secure contracts.
- Explore further market opportunities from both existing customers and potential prospects.
- Propose Hitachi Energy techno-commercial solutions to customers' requirements.
- Supervise distribution and archiving of documentation issued to customers as part of tendering and contract negotiations.
- Maintain project pipeline, order forecasts, and data quality using Hitachi Energy tools (SFDC).
- Use the CCRP (Customer Complaint Resolution Process) and NPS ( Net Promoter Score) as a customer satisfaction tool.
- Full adherence to Hitachi Energy Integrity rules.
- It is the primary duty of each employee at TRPGE to educate our employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, trainees, and visitors in the quality, environmental, and operational and health safety, inform them about the possible hazards, impacts, and emergency plans, and to provide leadership in these domains.

Your background
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Good command of written and spoken Turkish and English including presentation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales preferably in service and/or power products & systems like transformers, HV components, power grid systems, and automation, Teamwork & technically oriented, analytical, proactive & innovative, solution & target oriented.
- Customer & market orientation, effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Knowledge in power products & systems sales, operation, and maintenance is a plus.
- Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for intensive traveling.
- Completed military service for male applicants.
