QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent program, MSc or PhD graduation is preferred
• Min. 1 year of experience in automotive industry
• Min. 1 year of experience in Hypermesh, Ansa and Abaqus, Nastran or relevant pre-/post-processors and solvers
• Good knowledge of FE model build-up & Vehicle Durability, NVH & Fatigue analysis
• Good knowledge of post-processing and reporting
• Fluency in English, German will be plus
• Strong communication skills
• A good and motivated team player, but also well prepared to work independently
• Intercultural or international experience is an advantage
• No travel obligation

• Geometry preparation and model set-up for FE solvers
• Simulation and reporting
• Developing new methodologies
• Cooperation with other departments
• Independent cooperation within FEV and external partners
