GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in planning, stock and order management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel,
- Preferably knowledge of SAP,
- Proficiency in written and spoken English,
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Coordination and planning skills,
- Team work and motivational skills
- Completed military obligation for male candidates,
- Resident in Istanbul Asian Side
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Arranging and archiving the order documents that came from Sales Directorate in the format to be placed with the supplier.
- Making the preparations for the order and conveying it to the suppliers.
- Adding the ordered vehicles to the system.
- Controlling the auxiliary equipment in the contracts of the vehicles sold, leased or ordered for stock purposes and Creating the delivery schedule by opening the requests in the system.
- To follow up the delayed vehicles according to the production release weeks approved by the manufacturer.
- Correspondences with the manufacturer for new customers or projects.
