GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning, stock and order management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel,
  • Preferably knowledge of SAP,
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English,
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Coordination and planning skills,
  • Team work and motivational skills
  • Completed military obligation for male candidates,
  • Resident in Istanbul Asian Side

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Arranging and archiving the order documents that came from Sales Directorate in the format to be placed with the supplier.
  • Making the preparations for the order and conveying it to the suppliers.
  • Adding the ordered vehicles to the system.
  • Controlling the auxiliary equipment in the contracts of the vehicles sold, leased or ordered for stock purposes and Creating the delivery schedule by opening the requests in the system.
  • To follow up the delayed vehicles according to the production release weeks approved by the manufacturer.
  • Correspondences with the manufacturer for new customers or projects.
