Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree,

  • Detailed know how about affiliate marketing,
  • Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken,
  • Active user of MS Office Programs especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint,
  • Good team player with a problem-solving mindset,
  • Ready to get hands dirty with big reports and data sets,
  • Curious in following trends,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Job Description

  • Leading setup of the social commerce platform from scratch,
  • Building and managing partnerships with external parties to setup, manage and improve social commerce,
  • Proactively working on new projects/ideas to improve social commerce performance,
  • Tracking and reporting weekly competition updates,
  • Assisting on new campaign launches,
  • Managing and growing affiliate onboarding,
  • Tracking affiliation performance and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis,
  • Calculating influencer bonuses and supporting transfer of bonuses,
  • Developing affiliate tutorials and trainings,
  • Analyzing monthly affiliate sales and costs, tracking budget and payment approvals,
  • Managing employee campaigns by providing coupon codes and visuals needed as well as, tracking communications and reporting performance.
