What is the Main Aim of This Position?

To develop social media strategies, all social media contents for Koçtaş and ensure the implementation, in line with company’s digital communication strategy, vision and objectives.

What We Expect From You?

We are looking for a team-mate as a Social Media Specialist to join our team.

At least 3 years of experience in social media account management, social media content creation, campaign preparation and reporting
Proficient in social media platforms and advertising management tools
Following social media dynamics and technologies, enthusiastic about new media usages
Able to create monthly & weekly content plans suitable for Koçtaş's target audience and publish these contents inline with social media time plan
Able to manage our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok, YouTube and Blog accounts for Koçtaş and Koçtaş Ustabilir.
Proficient in advertising management tools, especially Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
Able to prepare new concepts by producing contents, suitable for communication strategies, social media dynamics and lead & guide the content design team
Being able to observe the performance of the content and directing creative team and media team according to the results
Creates insights and action plans by moderating and monitoring our social media channels
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Caple of leading and working collaboratively with relevant agencies and content design team
Able to work collaboratively with communication and marketing team

Why You?

• If you have a bachelor’s degree from a university, in Communication, Business and Administrative Sciences or Engineering is preffered

• If you have at least 3 years of experience in social media management

• If you have knowledge about market and consumer research, social media monitoring and data management

• If you have analytical minded and having strong communication skills.

• If you have an excellent command of English

• If you have strong planning and organizational skills

If you can provide coordination in multiple fields

• If you define yourself as a trend and novelty hunter
