QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Software Application Engineer who will be located in Istanbul and work in various cities of Turkey.
What are my responsibilities?
- On site/Remote technical support of the related Matset machinery and software portfolio,
- Assisting presales and after sales service activities related to Matset’s customer needs.
- Provide onsite installations, product trials and deployments, and other professional services to Matset customers. Work with customers in the field cooperating with Matset Sales, Project and Engineering teams
- Support for critical customer applications, provide technical information and recommending products, educate them for correct use of our products.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical or Computer Engineering or related departments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Preferably having technical service know how.
- Analytical thinking, technical thinking, decision making, team player and good communication skills.
What else do I need to know?
- Driving License and willingness to travel within assigned area (%20)
- Completion of military service for male candidates
