QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- · Computer Science or related Engineering fields
- · 5+ years of experience in related fields
- · Being responsible from software quality and software process quality in all digital products
- · Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- · Define test strategy and provide technical guidance in driving quality in new feature development
- · Create detailed, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, prioritize and plan testing activities to meet project deadlines. Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- · Facilitate end-to-end mobile testing, working directly with developers
- · Review requirements specifications, attend sprint grooming and planning meetings to provide timely and meaningful feedback wherever applicable
- · Participate in release management processes
- · Executing tests and analyzing results at core releases
- · Contributing to test automation process improvement
- · Documenting test automation features or team processes as needed
- · Contributing to improving test automation framework
- · Contribute to review and approve product technical documentation according to applicable regulations or company quality procedures
- · Contribute to the management of the document control system; ensure creation, changes, distribution and retention of records compliant to quality requirements
Skills
- Expert knowledge of QA methodologies and software life-cycle
- Previous experience and knowledge of ASPICE
- Experience in analyzing the requirements, creation, and execution of test cases and reporting of test results
- Experience with bug tracking systems, as well as with bug reports creation and verification
- Experience using Jira with Agile methodologies
- Experience with git as a version control system
- Experience with microservices/services tests like; contract, component, end-to-end tests,
- Good understanding of continuous integration tools (such as Jenkins, CircleCI),
- Experience with frameworks and tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber etc. is a plus
- Being ISTQB certified is a plus
- Being active in the open source community is a plus
- Knowledge on cloud-native tools is a plus
