QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Derive software requirements from system requirements
- Manage and update existing software requirements
- Ensure tracebility between software requirements and system requirements
- Verify consistency, completeness, atomicity and measurability of requirements
- Clarify missing and/or unclear requirements and provide verification criteria to testers
- Having close relationships with system engineers, software developers and software testers
- Review software test specifications
- Defining the requirement process according to Automotive SPICE®
- Represent work products during audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) and/or Master of Science (MS) Degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering (or related disciplines also acceptable)
- Experience in software development
- Experience in requirements engineering
- Knowledge of embedded systems
- Knowledge of C and C++
- Good verbal and excellent writing skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and usage of an unambiguous language
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Self-motivated, able to self-improve, keen on learning new and complex technologies
Nice to Have:
- Experience in automotive embedded systems development
- Exprience in tools in the field of requirements engineering (Codebeamer, IBM DOORS, etc...)
- Knowledge of requirement description templates (Volere, SOPHIST, EARS, etc…)
