Preferably graduated from computer programming departments of universities,
At least 2 years of experience in software support and development,
Preferably who has worked in an ERP project or has experience in business processes in the production sector in software such as SAP. Thinking of the system as a whole at every step,
Ability to write intermediate queries and functions in ORACLE PL/SQL language and analyze existing queries/functions,
Having intermediate knowledge of VB .NET or C#.NET language, having a command of basic database management and concepts,
Having knowledge of SQL Server, able to adapt to intense work tempo, prone to teamwork, good communication,
Network knowledge,
Speaks English,
Having a Class B License,
Those who reside or will be able to reside in Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Saray, Çorlu, İstanbul regions.It will work alternately in İstanbul and Çerkezköy Locations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Recording requests for software projects, support and development in the business tracking system,
Taking action, when necessary, by obtaining the opinion and approval of the Information Systems Manager regarding incoming requests,
Solving problems in all modules of ERP (Oracle-based) and all other Oracle and SQL Server, .NET-based software,
Analyzing whether the solutions and developments to be made are suitable for the system by discussing with other departments and managers, documenting them with a flow chart and ensuring that the most appropriate solution is made.
Performing user identification, authorization, authorization role arrangement and control processes for local and global software,
Support transactions in e-invoice, e-archive and e-ledger systems,
Taking an active role in support and software development in software projects such as Logistics, Planning, Barcode Warehouse Management System (WMS), B2B, which work integrated on Global ERP (SAP),
Writing queries and reports in PL/SQL language for ERP (SAP) and T-SQL (SQL server) language for other software on Accounting/Sales/Purchasing/Planning/Logistics.
Providing support to users in MS Office and similar environments, mostly in software and reporting, data analysis issues such as Macro and Formula writing.
Organizing and following up on providing training to users about software when necessary or receiving training from the supplier,
Following the technological innovations in software and development / application working performance improvement, cooperation with the GF global team and reporting to the manager.
