We are looking for a personality at our location in Bystronic Turkey.
tasks
- 1st level software support for our customers in Turkish and English by phone, email, remote or via the ticket system
- Support of the installation and configuration of BySoft, PMC and CAD programs as well as technical questions
- Analysis and solution of technical problems in cooperation with our software development department and product management
- Recording of fault reports from our end customers and recording them in our CRM system as well as documentation and maintenance of the knowledge database
- Software installation and training for our customers both internally and externally
- Travel activity up to approx. 10%
Requirement profile
- Completed basic training with experience and / or great interest in technology and software
- Good understanding of network and IT infrastructure
- Very good written and spoken English an advantage
