QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related studies
• You speak fluent business English, German preferred
• You have at least 3-5 years professional experience in complex and agile projects within international teams
• Furthermore, you have professional experience with focus in digital factory, including the capability to design applications as solution architect and / or to be project lead with the senior knowledge of project management methods and tools
• Ideally you have depth knowledge in Shopfloor Management, Integrated Production Control or Integrated Human Resources Planning
• SAP is not a mystery for you.
• You have knowledge in at least one established programming language (e.g. Java, Python, ABAP,..).
• You are familiar with words like FOSS, API, DEV/OPS, Cloud and the usage of Software-Tools like Docker, GITHub, Jenkins.
• You have an analytical and solution-oriented thinking and high communication skills, you are target oriented and you love what you are doing.
• You like to be proactive.
• You have strong decision making and conflict management skills
• You are flexible, a team player and motivated
• Travelling abroad frequently (especially to Germany) is no problem for you
Job Description
• You feel confident in conceptual designs and realization of IT solutions for different production processes in an international company
• You will rate trends of digitalization for manufacturing regarding their usability within our company.
• Additionally, you will share and use best-practices experiences within the Daimler Truck AG
• You will work with our business partners on the digitalization strategy of our manufacturing division and you will create decision templates.
• You will lead agile teams aiming to create digital & mobile solutions.
• For every solution design you keep in mind the compliance of our security requirements as well as the reusability and the usability
