QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team in our office at Akmerkez / Etiler.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Directory, Vmware knowledge and administration
- General IT infrastructure knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft 7, 10, Windows Server , 2012 and 2016
- Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products
- Eager to learn and research
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
- Having problem solving and good communication skills on the phone
- Ensure and care absolute customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
- Basic understanding of Active Directory
- 3+ years IT experience in IT infrastructure area
- Basic networking concepts
- 2+ years in a service desk / help desk / support analyst roll
- No military obligation or postponed at least 3 years.
