QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “IT End User Support Associate” to be located in our HQ Altunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Assisting client day-to-day functionality and efficiency,
- Providing IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices,
- Configuring, installing and maintaining software systems,
- Identifying, managing and resolving issues in a timely manner,
- Responding to customer requests effectively and communicating with them to address issues,
- Updating the user information in an organizational system (Active Directory)
- Preparing client needs for new starters,
- Following the procedures according to needs,
- Responsible for Asset Management,
- Managing the mobile line and mobile phone process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant departments of universities ,
- Min. 3 years of related experience,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Excellent customer service understanding,
- Strong oral and written communication skills,
- Efficient prioritization and problem-solving,
- Knowledge of desktop/laptop PCs, enterprise printers, and peripherals,
- Basic knowledge of networking,Knowledge of supporting Windows, iOS and Android,
- Knowledge of IP phones, Familiar with IT ticketing system,
- Strong windows 10 support and troubleshooting knowledge,
- Lives/can live in İstanbul,
- Completed military service (for male candidates).
