GENEL NİTELİKLER
Qualifications:
- Fluent communication in English
- Good level of information systems knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in user support
- Knowledge in network management (TCP.IP, DHCP)
- Strong documentation skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and job follow-up skills.
Job Description;
- Supporting users' hardware and software problems and network failure requests
- Keeping IT inventory records up to date
- Preparing computers ready for use
- Tracking of suppliers and transferring equipments (laptop, LCD, cable, etc.) between offices
- Providing service and maintenance follow-up for malfunctioning devices
- Supporting the development of information security and user-oriented processes and policies
