GENEL NİTELİKLER


We are looking for a teammate to act as a Customer Representative for the IT Help Desk Team under Arçelik A.Ş. Customer Services Directorate/Customer Contact Center Management.
• Good computer knowledge.
• At least associate degree graduate,
• Preferably with 3 years or more experience in Customer Service Services processes,
• Developing suggestions that can be a solution to the problems experienced,
• Having command of computer and office programs
• Competent in Call Center general call system
• Mastery of general call center rules, techniques and terms
• Developing suggestions that can be a solution to the problems experienced,
• To plan/execute necessary activities to improve the process and service time
• Good command of English
• Inclined to team work,
• Working selflessly,
• Have strong communication competencies,
• Open to development This position is located in İstanbul.


Domestic and international Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş. to meet the IT Helpdesk (IT Helpdesk) calls from employees (internal customers) with a correct systematic.
• Managing the calls opened by the users on the web page from the Digiport IT Service Management application.
• Trying to find a solution to the problem by reaching the user via Microsoft Teams, e-mail or phone by the team.
• Developing suggestions that can be a solution to the problems experienced,
• To plan the necessary activities and present ideas for the improvement of the process and service time.
Working place is Çayırova. It is preferred that candidates reside in nearby locations. (Cayirova, Gebze, Darica, Tuzla, Pendik, Kartal)
