We are looking for Sommelier who must have;
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Administration, Hotel Management or Gastronomy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wine service at fine dining restaurants
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English/Italian or French
• Certification for wine education (WSET; Court of Master Sommelier; etc)
Duties:
• Ensure the continuity of the wines in the wine list by stock tracking and ordering on time
• Advise the guests according to their needs; personal taste, food& wine pairing, occasion or budget
• Meet the financial targets given and improve profits through wine sales
