Soho House is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants spread throughout Europe, the UK and America. Each house and restaurant maintains its own personality and atmosphere but the ethos has remained the same; serving fantastic cocktails and simple but delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
We are looking for "SPA Receptionist" with the qualifications below:
- Instructional and motivational skills
- Accurate and structured way of working
- Flexibility and good comprehension skills
- The attention to details and quality
- Organizational skills
- Service oriented
- Friendly nature
- At least two year experience in a similar position
Job Description:
- Welcome and care of the guests during their stay at Cowshed
- Contact person for our guests and employees
- Organising and arranging appointments of the therapists
- Billing of services the guest has used at the end of their stay
- To assist and to ensure that all new starters feel welcome and settled in their new role
