QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


  • Actively search for customers to generate profitable sales for the organization
  • Create official offers and handle customer orders to trigger procurement and delivery process
  • Maintain records of all sales and customer transactions and ensure compliance to company guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers and ensure all parts reach within team frame and ensure all local and federal regulations
  • Manage and process all invoices and compare same to all requisitions
  • Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility
  • Provide Management summary to take decisions about Business continuity
  • Assess current accounting operations, offer recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
  • Develop and monitor business performance metrics

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial/Management Engineering, Statistics, Informatics, Mathematical Engineering
  • Fluency in Turkish and English (German is an asset)
  • Experience in similar position and/or audit experience are an asset
  • Advanced level in MS Office Applications (including Access and Excel Macro)
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Result orientation with strong analytical thinking
  • Strong coordination, communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and a good team player
