QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and related disciplines,
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in Project Management at Automotive
- Working experience with OEM,
- Knowledge of OEM customer portals, Coretools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA etc processes)
- Excellent professional communication skills is a key asset,
- Very good command of English both verbal and written,
- Analytical mind-set with ability to keep resilient and focused approach in high stress conditions,
- Strong customer focus and appropriate sense of urgency,
- No obstacle for domestic and international traveling,
- Very good at MS Office applications.
JOB ROLE
Manage the industrialization activities, with the plant departments to meet the quality, costs, timing and deliverable results. Make sure to find the right balance between the project requirements and the plant organization.
Responsible for;
- Manage the industrialization plan in customer project
- Create and execute planning and list of deliverables with Plant and Industrial departments to meet Project plan
- Challenge the project core team to deliver on time the activities and results expected by the industrialization plan
- Manage industrialization activities and plant team
- Manage with Plant stakeholders technical risk tools and manufacturing processes
- Support, with Plant Quality Department, PPAP submission in time, in content and in performance as per defined by the project quality plan and the customer
- Ensure communication between plant and project team
