QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

English knowledge, both written and spoken.

International working experience.

OEM experience.

Minimum 8 years of working experience.

Minimum 4 years of project leadership experience.

Good knowledge of project management processes (PMI certification is an advantage).

Good communication skills.

Team management.

Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset and result oriented.

Negotiation skills.

YOUR TASK:

Follow Up the projects according to Durmazlar Railway Project Management Process & Procedures

Responsible for management of all communication with the Customer.

Contractual Obligation Management

Project Launch

Gate review Go on time

Responsible for the WBS

Detailed project schedule

Project risk, opportunity and improvement management

Change Management

Budget allocation and monitoring

Review the effort of the Project Core Team members and to give directives related to the project execution

Accountable for project QCDP performance

Project Reporting internally both status and financial performance
