| QUALIFICATIONS: |
|
- University degree in Mechanical or Industry Engineering
|
- Experience at least 5 years in automotive project management
|
- Fluency in English is a must (Fluency in German as second language is an asset)
|
- Team working, managerial and leadership skills
|
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
|
- Experience at NVH solutions or Rubber Part knowledge is a plus
|
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
|
- No restriction of travel within and out of country
|

- Taking full responsibility of the Project Management Office in order to ensure the success of the projects in terms of;

- Create and follow-up project timing plans
|
- Built and follow-up project budgets
|
- Proper reporting of project activities to the management
|
- Drive an international team properly by keeping team sprit
|
- Proper and on time escalation of critical issues
