QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Able to lead strategic sourcing actions in order to develop competitive engineered solutions for a broad customer and industry range

· Able to lead standard strategic sourcing processes such as cost benchmark analysis, RFQ, supplier negotiation, supplier qualification

· Able to lead cost reduction actions and take initiative to minimize potential risks with the suppliers.

· Able to lead supplier relationship management: Understand and implement concepts and strategies for cost optimization, and supplier account management plans

· Develop, implement and lead the Sourcing strategies to implement Supply Chain optimization potentials.

· Able to work in close relationship to procurement delivery team to review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.

· Able to work in close relationship with internal / external stakeholder.

· Ensure commercial, legal, and contractual compliances in all the Sourcing transactions.

· Able to evaluate and lead supplier’s performances based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, etc

· Ensuring that optimized TCO (cost, quality, availability) are assured in product and business creation and through their full life cycle


Responsibilities / Challenges


· Responsible to create sourcing strategy and action plans for sourcing optimization in terms of cost, quality and time.

· Works as an interface with the procurement and sales team.

· Develops engineered solutions for customer requirements using products and services provided by Angst+Pfister

· Lead supplier relationship development: Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
