QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degrees from a reputable university both in Engineering and Business Administration
- Having knowledge of Spare Parts / After Sales business
- Having excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and/or German / Arabic
- Ready to travel and are interested in working with people from different cultures
- Travelling availability for most of the year
- Having field experience and prior technical background
- Be able to adapt dynamic, busy and flexible working hours
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Executing spare parts sales, services and solutions to local and international customers
- Execute on site visits to identify needs of customer – if necessary directly take action on site and fix major issues
- Establishing a business plan to increase the spare parts sales to end customers
Attend to and actively manage the AS&FS marketing channels, e.g. webshop (hotline, order processing, etc.)
Visiting customers regularly
Cooperate with other departments where necessary to keep customers satisfaction at high level
