QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material and Metallurgy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering departments (Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Department of a production facility,
- Having experience in household, automative or similar electrical appliances,
- Having experience in reading safety standards, regulations and adapting to related product group,
- Having knowledge of MS Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong knowledge of microsoft office programs,
- Following and adopting the market trends and New Technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,

The position is located in Bolu.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a Specialist – Quality Assurance who will join us at Cooking Appliances Directorate.
- Manage a team of Lab quality operators,
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Establish and maintain test methods that can simulate the failures in end users' houses.
- Train the Final Product Quality Control inspectors on the Final Products Quality Control process and key deliverables,
- Train the lab operators and other production departments to expand the test results developing approach
- Approve purchased parts/components/materials inspection on a final product per Arçelik requirements prior to goods receipt by Arçelik,
- Reporting the Design and Final product quality activities and performance status to department manager,
- Updating control procedures in the mean of current critical points/customer complaints.
- Following the actions of R&D and other departments,
- Setting colloborations between other quality departments in global Arçelik to learn best applications and adapt them to cooking plant,
- Involving in new product projects for improved quality/reliability results.
- Planning all laboratory activities for current and new product approvals,
- Leading related Auditor and laboratory teams.
