QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering (Master’s Degree is a plus),
- Having experience in the household or similar electrical appliances is a plus,
- Having experience in embedded software design, (hardware design experience is a plus),
- 3+ years of experience in C/C++ development environment, compilers, debuggers, (Arm-based microcontroller experience is a plus),
- Experience with real-time operating systems is a plus,
- Familiar with how to use an oscilloscope, multimeter and other hardware debugging tools is a plus,
- Knowledge of PCB schematic and layout design tools (preferably Altium),
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

The position is located in Ankara.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist- R&D (Electronic & Control Systems) who will join us at the Dishwasher Machine Product Directorate.
- Designing, developing, and testing embedded algorithms and software for dishwashers,
- Fixing bugs via debugging the software and hardware,
- Designing embedded software to meet Safety and EMC standards,
- Designing Functional Circuit Test software and implementing in 3rd party PCBA manufacturers,
- Creating software requirements, design documentation, test plans, and other supporting documentation,
- Working in a cross-functional team for delivering highly capable software solutions,
- Leading all phases of the software development cycle including requirement capture, design, implementation, prototyping, and validation,
- Leading and participating in R&D projects for improving and developing new products,
- Analyzing the market, consumer, and technology trends to offer innovative projects,
- Leading the entire product journey end-to-end, from the emergence of the product idea with the consumer's need to the product launch and analysis of market performance,
- Managing global product ranges, with P&L, efficiency, and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams.
