QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
- Min. 3 years of experience in R&D or Product Management,
- Working experience in cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Production Planing, or related areas is preferable,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,

The position is located in Ankara.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Structural Design - R&D who will join our structural Design Team.
- Domestic and international market and competition analysis,
- Strategic planning of short and long-term R&D projects
- Managing the sales, marketing and customer relations,
- Product portfolio optimization, product and component transition management,
- SKU and resource efficiency management with product life curve analysis Management of product information systems and improvement of modular identification system,
- Optimization of the product creation and commissioning process,
- Working closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams to create and execute, global long-term product group road-maps,
- Managing global product ranges, with P&L, efficiency and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams,
- Understanding consumer insights,
- Analyzing market, consumer and technology trends to offer innovative projects.
