  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related departments,
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Customer Care,
  • Working experience in cross-functional teams such as IT, Marketing, Finance&Accounting or related areas is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Experienced in project management preferably,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,

How will you foster the change?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist - System Development who will join our team at Customer Care Directorate.
  • Working closely with multi-functional teams to create and execute, long-term customer care system development roadmap
  • Developing, implementing and following-up on business and process development approach, evaluate and contribute to the refinement of business models to meet Arcelik’s growth targets.
  • Redesigning the processes under his/her responsibility with a global approach and in alignment with Customer Care strategies and targets,
  • Analyzing market, consumer and technology trends to offer innovative projects,
  • Evaluating new business requirements and developing new projects for continuous process improvement,
  • Performing core project management duties including guiding the project through formal approval and funding gates; developing a project plan that includes a detailed budget, project timeline, detailed task-driven schedule, resource plan and communication plan; and managing project execution from initiation to closure
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional as well as external business partners, stakeholders, IT and other teams to ensure successful completion of programs and projects, providing regular and accurate status reports to key stakeholders during the project. Leading digitalization initiatives and projects in coordination with IT teams and leads IT Projects for lean process design,
  • Coordinating and monitoring the preparation of the investment and expense budgets of the CC directorate,
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 10002) covered by the directorate, ensuring coordination for this purpose, leading the established teams,
  • Benchmarking with the customer service systems

The position is located in Çayırova.
