QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
To review and make the reconciliation of BS GL accounts and make the necessary calls for the entities which were integrated to SAP for the 10 entities. To review and make necessary modules in the SAP test environment. To prepare and review tax returns and TP reports. Analytically thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, ability to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines. Very good knowledge excel and SAP. Minimum 3+ years similar experience. Advance level of English.
Responsibility:
- · To perform the BS reconciliation for the 11 entities.
- · To make the bridge and make the necessary adjustment in SAP from the USGAAP to LocalGAAP.
- · To prepare the monthly,quarterly and annual tax returns.
- · Performing e-invoice and e-ledger duties.
- · To perform fixed assets transactions and bookings.
- · Prepare the “necessary report for internal and external audits.
- · To check the daily payment spool and make the blocks in the system where the necessary.
Qualifications:
- · Preferably Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics from a reputable university,
- · Preferably 3-5 years professional experience in accounting or controllership department, Media&Advertising Companies is preferable
- · Experience in SAP is must
- · Excellent command of English
- · Excellent command of MS Office Applications, particularly MS Excel MS Office
- · Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people under stressful conditions
- · Organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking, prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines
