QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to join our multinational team:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, product or strategic marketing in an industrial environment, ideally in automotive
• Experience in the field of Electrification and Air Compression for Commercial Vehicles is an asset
• Team player with strong presentation and communication skills for internal stakeholders and with customers as well as an entrepreneurial approach (business acumen)
• The ability to lead or influence peers, customers and partners where needed
• Knowledge of automotive brake and control systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep technical understanding
• Pay attention to detail & continuous improvement mindset
• Team player and proactive
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Fluent in English
• Completed military service obligation for male candidates
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya

Job Description:

• Development and execution of product and market strategies
• Development of new product initiatives and identification of new business opportunities
• Identification of customer needs and market trends as well as analysis of customer RFQs and preparation of commercial offers
• Development of value propositions and price positioning as well as the creation of marketing communication concepts
• Representation of the marketing function in the project teams as well as preparation and execution of customer and internal strategy presentations
