QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from the Engineering / Economics / Business Administration departments of reputable universities,
- Preferably with 2 years of work experience,
- Previous and relevant experience in marketing, consulting is a plus,
- Advanced verbal and written knowledge of English,
- Strong Excel reporting and analysis skills,
- Strong PowerPoint Presentation skills,
- Ability to conduct detailed data analysis (market, sales, customer) and determine actions based on analysis,
- Extremely diligent with a high attention to detail,
- Desire to work in a dynamic, result-oriented environment,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
We are looking for “Strategic Planning and Business Development Specialist” who can work in our FLO Retail.
- Assist formulating strategies in line with corporate goals and expectations,
- Work closely with market research team and conduct independent research to support generation of intelligence on markets and competitors,
- Support all phases of the business development initiatives including market expansion, new channel development, profitability improvement, brand acquisition etc.,
- Create financial models and presentations to assess new opportunities,
- Play an active role in prioritized corporate projects and collaborate with senior and mid management team,
- Develop metrics for effective business performance management,
- Coordinate the strategic planning process, and ensure that the strategy is translated into operational priorities, KPIs, goals and initiatives and cascaded within the organization,
- Ensure consolidation, harmonization and activation of business plans,
- Support the implementation of strategic plan and organize strategic performance reviews,
- Meet corporate presentation and report requests of stakeholders,
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
