/ Be a part of the new product Project process to ensure launch within the project budget and deadline by providing development and industrial engineering with cost transparency and development activities
/ Implement lean production methodologies on the shop floor of suppliers to improve their quality and delivery performance
/ Make a significant impact on the cost position of the company by identifying main cost drivers and implementing standardized systems and methods to optimize them
/ Manage enabling process of new suppliers to integrate them in the supplier portfolio in line with purchasing strategy
Your Profile
/ University degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Manufacturing,Electronic & Electrical andIndustrial Engineering
/ Min 5 years of experience in Production, Quality and/or Purchasing functions
/ Expertise at min. one of the following production processes ( tool design & manufacturing, metal stamping, metal forming-cutting, Zinc/Al Casting, semi or fully automated assembly systems)
/ Specific know how on raw material properties, wire goods, pull out systems or rail products is an asset
/ Experience with relevant methodologies ( i.e. VSM, VSD, Workplace Design, Lean Manufacturing and Cost structure analysis oretc)
/ Fluency in English both written and spoken
